On my way to Luzzo’s I saw this store Surprise! Surprise. I wondered what this store was all about. I never heard of this store. It is located in East Village on 91 3rd Avenue. Surprise! Surprise! is a home goods store packed with all kinds of random things from small appliances, furniture, dishes to paperwares. Definitely check it out in the area!
MXYPLYZYK one of my favorite stores located in West Village has all sorts of cool well designed products. They sell products for the office, all areas in the home and a bunch of odds & ends. Rachel Ray uses a lot of there kitchenware: bowls, serving platters etc on her show. They have recently opened a kiosk in The Shops at Columbus Circle to the right of the Whole Foods escalators. I was thrilled about it!
Urban Girl Accessories is just one the fun and trendy stores with beautiful designed items I came across in San Diego. When I first walked in to this store I felt like I was in someones living room. They had after from kitchen gadgets to one of a kind jewelry. Definitely a place to check out if you are in the San Diego area or online.
I attended Behance’s The 99 Percent Conference and on Day 2 of the conference I was fortunate enough to be able to participate in Cool Hunting’s “On The Hunt.” Cool Hunting’s staff took us to a variety of places in Brooklyn and Manhattan. One of my favorite places we went to was Fred Flare. Fred Flare sells home decor, accessories, books, jewelry, stationary, and a whole bunch of knick nacks.
